Keynote Speaker

I strongly believe that one conversation can change a life; in fact, I don't just believe it, I know it!

One person's vulnerability connected with me on a deeply personal level. One conversation singlehandedly changed the trajectory of not only my life but also the life of my family and influenced the lives of many more through my training and therapeutic work. That is the power of shared experience!

In sharing my personal journey as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life and the numerous challenges I faced, including difficulties during school and university, misdiagnosis of depression, periods of overwhelming anxiety, social anxiety and alcohol use, my goal is to pave a path of connection.

I want others to understand that they are not alone in their struggles and that hope is not just an abstract concept; it's something tangible that can be discovered. Sometimes we just need someone to show us where to find it!

“The original meaning of courage is to tell your story with your whole heart.”
