Workshops and Training

Our approach is grounded in neuroscience-informed strategies and provides insights, practical tools and resources. We are committed to aligning with the recent recommendations by the Australian government for training and education specific to ADHD, ensuring that our programs contribute to a future where every person feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

Creating Safety: Many neurodivergent individuals hesitate to disclose their condition due to fear of discrimination, which is often detrimental to their wellbeing and can lead to reduced capacity for meeting expectations. By practising inclusion and creating safety, individuals will feel not only seen and heard but also supported practically to navigate challenges.

Individualised: Undiagnosed neurodivergence is more common than you might think. Every school and workplace houses individuals with undiagnosed conditions. Neurodiverse education sheds light on how every individual can be celebrated and supported, no matter the presentation or diagnosis.

Shifting Misconceptions and Stigma: Sadly, misconceptions and stigma persist, leading to discrimination and misunderstanding towards neurodivergent individuals. We all have a role to play in shifting the harmful attitudes that can have devastating effects.
